Teaching family planning providers about long acting contraceptives prevents pregnancy

Long actingreversible contraceptives (LARCs) are relatively underutilised in the United States.This well-designed cluster trial of the effect of teaching providers aboutthem has shown, perhaps unsurprisingly, that more women chose LARCs inclinics with trained providers, and that this led to reduced pregnancyrates.
