ACOG发布足月妊娠新定义

Term was previously defined as 37-42 weeks.  The new definitions are as follows:  Early term:  370 – 386,Full term:  390 – 406,Late term:  410 – 416, Post term:  beyond 420 weeks.

The American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists’ aim is to discourage elective induction and particularly elective Caesarean delivery before 390 weeks.
